1. Who we are

VanVenture MIA provides guided adventure van trips in and around Miami, Florida, including day trips, night trips and custom routes. VanVenture MIA operates with commercial passenger insurance and the transport permits required by the State of Florida and Miami Dade County. By reserving a trip you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Reservations and pricing

• Every reservation is a private rental of the whole van at a flat fee. The flat fee covers 10 seats at the per person rate, and it is the same even if your group is smaller.
• Miami Day Trip: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, $89 per person x 10 seats, $890 flat fee.
• Miami Night Trip: 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, $99 per person x 10 seats, $990 flat fee.
• Both include your private driver, snacks and non alcoholic drinks.
• Up to 11 riders may join: rider 11 takes the co pilot seat next to the driver at no extra cost. Only 10 seats are ever charged.
• Some trips include on site extras. On the Starfish Snorkeling trip, snorkel equipment and reef access cost $65 per person, paid by each participant directly at the destination window, never through our checkout.
• Night trips are adults only: every rider must be 18 or older.

3. Trip agreement required

Every rider must sign our Participation Agreement and Release of Liability before the trip. A reservation is not confirmed until every rider in the party has signed. For riders under 18, a parent or legal guardian signs on their behalf.

4. Payment, card on file and damages

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your payment card is securely saved on file with our payment processor for the duration of your trip. By reserving, you authorize VanVenture MIA to charge that card for:

• The reservation total and any add ons you selected.
• Extra services you request during the trip, such as additional hours, confirmed with you before the charge.
• The documented cost of repair or cleaning for damage caused by you or a member of your party to the van or its equipment, up to the actual cost of repair. We will send you an itemized invoice for any such charge.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel any reservation at any time, even the same day. Cancel up to 48 hours before your trip start time and you receive a full refund. Inside 48 hours, including same day cancellations, 50 percent of the reservation total is always refunded, guaranteed. Weather cancellations initiated by us are refunded in full or rescheduled, your choice.

6. Safety and conduct

• There is no drinking inside the van at any time, for anyone. At destination stops, drinking is only for riders 21 or older where the venue and local law allow it.
• Our drivers never drink. Ever.
• Night trips are adults only: every rider must be 18 or older.
• Riders must follow the driver's safety instructions at all times.
• The driver may end the trip for any rider whose behavior endangers the group, damages property or breaks the law, without refund.
• Illegal substances are not permitted in the van under any circumstances.

7. Assumption of risk

Our trips include city travel, beaches, open water areas and nightlife venues. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk as described in the signed Participation Agreement. VanVenture MIA is not responsible for the actions of third party venues, beaches or businesses visited during a trip.

8. Changes to routes

Weather, traffic and local events can change a route. We may substitute stops of similar quality to keep your trip on schedule and safe.
